The YT-XL is the larger version of the popular Mummert Knives titanium fixed blade. All the things you love, just sized up a bit. The YT-XL is double hollow ground from .220" thick 6Al4V titanium. The speckled surface near the edge is actually deeply impregnated carbides the edge hardness to RC 72 as well as giving the TSK an insanely sharp and "toothy" edge. It is featherweight at under 3 ounces (without sheath) and it will never rust. Its skeleton handle is slim and low profile, but the scallops and strategically placed paracord still allows for a firm grip. Bottom of pommel has been beveled and is perfect for a striking impliment.Comes with a fitted kydex sheath with the famous Mummert titanium clip. This carry method makes it easy to clip on your belt for inside the waistband carry.
